Refunds
Refund policy

Bohni subscriptions are sold and billed only through the app store you bought them from (Google Play on Android, the App Store on iOS). Because we never received the funds directly, refunds are handled by the store, not by Bohni.
Google Play (Android)
- You can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase directly from Google Play. After 48 hours, refund decisions are made by Google on a case-by-case basis.

Apple App Store (iOS)
- Refunds for iOS subscriptions are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com and decided by Apple.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancelling stops future charges; we do not pro-rate refunds for the remainder of the current billing period. After you cancel, you keep paid access until the period ends, then drop to the free tier — your data is preserved.
- Android: cancel via Google Play
- iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Bohni → Cancel.
Disputes
If the store denied your refund and you believe it was unjust, write to support@bohni.pkwith the order ID and a short description. We can't override the store decision, but where we agree the situation warrants it we will escalate on your behalf or offer a service credit.
