Account deletion
Delete your Bohni account
Submit a deletion request below. This page is public — you do not need to be signed in, and you do not need the app installed on your phone.
What will be deleted
- Your account profile (name, business name, phone, email).
- All customers, vendors, transactions, cheques, promises and notes you entered.
- All photos and voice notes you uploaded.
- Any staff users you invited under your business.
- Push notification tokens and session records.
What we keep
- Minimum subscription-history records (order IDs, paid periods) to meet tax and audit obligations under Pakistani law.
- Anonymous aggregate metrics (e.g. how many accounts were active in a given month) that cannot be linked back to you.
Active subscriptions: if you have an active Google Play / App Store subscription, cancel it in the store first — deleting your Bohni account does not cancel store billing.
Request deletion
Enter the email or phone number on your Bohni account. We'll email the account holder to confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days. If you no longer have access to that inbox, reach us at privacy@bohni.pk.
Timeline
- Same day: we email you to confirm the request was received.
- Within 30 days: your account and records are erased from our live systems.
- Within 90 days: rolling encrypted backups age out and the data is gone from there too.
Have the app installed? You can also delete your account directly in Settings → Account → Delete account. Either path produces the same outcome.
